Default Voice Your opinion

I would like to know your opinion on a 1992 Acura Integra Gsr.First i would like to say I am not a fan on big spoilers, most body kits, neon, strope lights exssesive intorior designe and real flash paint jobs.So this car is preety much exackly NOT wat i prefer but im willing to take it for the car and the motor. Also ther not that easy to find. This car has a full body kit, with molded side skirts,a touring spoiler, altezza tail lights complet mesh grills, color coated interior, with a really nice dimond plate, tear airbrushed paint job. The guy who is my girlfriends brother/and boss wants 4,500 the car is very clean and has 152xxx miles. What do you think. Also has minor boltons

4500 is steep unless its worth that to you in work done to it if you really like the car go for it but dont plan on making any money back on it like the guys whos gonna sell it to you. But yes they are rare. So if you like all the rice go for it man

it'd be tough to de-rice it. it would be expensive too.

the price is a pretty good price though if the car is in great mechanical shape.

I'm gonna say no. The price is too steep to begin with, plus you're looking at having to derice it, which is time consuming and potentially expensive if you want the car back in it's original condition.

If you like the car and could see fixing a "cuple" things then talk him down...Miles are kinda high though....

A 92 with that many miles isn't so bad. But the price.. is a little high.

In July of last year, I bought a Bone Stock LS '96 with about that many miles on it for $4000.

You can always part out what you don't like on the car... and put that money towards a kit that you like or something else completely.

If the car is exactly what you don't want, then don't buy it. Keep looking. Im sure you can find another gsr with less miles and no rice on it for near the same price. Before I bought my DC2, I wanted a 92 GSR. I found one with a few mods and 75k on the clock for 4,300. Keep looking and don't buy what you don't want!

I knew a guy who had a '92 gsr for sale.. sounds about the way you described that one.. im not a big fan of thoes thing either but this was a rare car and it was really quick.. he told me he did tons of mods to it and pretty much beat it up.. i finally got to test drive it and i almost immediatley walked away - the transmission was screwed for one.. it would slip out of gear all the time and more things were wrong with it that i noticed as soon as i started driving it.. so i didn't bother with it

If you do go for it just make sure you don't get ripped.. because you don't know whats really wrong with a car until you drive it for a couple days

the miles/price/year ratio is off you should talk him down if you can. personally i wouldnt buy it, but if you really want a gsr and cant find anything else i say go for it
