Cams set the amount of duration and lift for the valves, 2 camshafts, one for intake and one for exaust. It sets the amount of fuel and air coming in.

actually, a camshaft doesn't have to do with the amount of air coming in...a particular displacement must be filled everytime the piston is on its intake stroke...the same amount of displacement is always filled with the same amount of air/fuel (unless you get into forced induction)...performance cams actually control the efficiency of the flow of air/fuel coming into the combustion chamber by allowing the valves to stay open both further and longer...and the more efficiently your engine's airflow is, the more power you have...

Stage 2 what?

Regardless, You will need fpr, 190 pump, better valvetrain and bump in CR if you want to make use of the whole powerband, and lots of tuning.

Seeing as how I can't imagine my motor running without them, I guess I like cams.

the stock accord pump will support 250 hp easily so i wouldnt waste money on a pump and fpr unless the stock parts have failed. the tuning and valve train are a must to get good power and more compression never hurts with cams.

Are you saying that you are running an H22 on profiles similar to S2S2 cams in your accord with non-adjustable FPR and your stock pump?

That is rare. What are you using to tune it?
