Default for all intents and purposes, B16A3 = OBD1 JDM B16A?

I got my Helm's manual in for a 94 del Sol, so it covers both engine series (B and D). I'm pulling my Z6 and putting in a SIRII engine, as far as most things are concerned in the Helm's manual, are the A3 and SIRII the same? Outside a few emissions issues and such?

Yep, they are 99.9% the same. The SiR-II has 10 or so more hp, but the schematics of the engine will be identical .. granted they're the same OBD. And if not, then just some sensors and wiring will be different.
