best obd1 ecu for 99 b18c5 in 93 si civic

anyone know wat is the best obd1 ecu for 99 b18c5 in 93 si civic? chipped p73?
and at wat rpm does the vetc kicks in with the factory itr ecu(obd2)?

any chipped obd-1 ecu.

u can get the chip custom made to fit your motor depending on the mods done to your car.

but i think its around 5600ish.....could be wrong.
