horn suddenly stop working...
so i got my car back from the frame pull place....now my horn doesnt work....so i bring it back and we found a corruded wire. we replaced that and it still doesnt work....we shorted the horns and they beep fine....the wire harness isnt giving us any signal...we checked all the wires in the engine bay they are seem sturdy. so we followed the liine inside...the thingy that touches the steering wheel circle metal thingy isnt getting anypower at all. we cant seem to figure out what it is...and since they didnt work on the inside its not their fualt which i understand. we worked and took everything apart outside/inside for about an hour and half and cant figure out what the steering wheel connecting thiny isnt getting any power. the fuse is fine too.

The ring inside the steering wheel applies the ground
to complete the circuit..
White/green wire should be 12V positive
Blue/red wire should apply ground..
