i dont like the megan racing h brace. It has those dimples near the top that looks like it was cheaply bent into shape

I have a H-brace on my car. The only thing it is good for is hitting the ground before my oil pan does. Oh also if you weld steal bars to the bottom of it, it will make a lot of sparks when you hit the ground. No differece in handling, ex. that breef second when it hits the ground you kinda cant steer right until you get used to it

megan racing has the worse products from a to z in their catalog. the h-bars never fit right. major dremel has to be done to the bars to make it fit. i suggest you buy a front lower tie bar and save yourself the time and headache from using a megan racing h-bars.

I had to remove the cat heat shield to put this bar on.
Have fun next time when you remove the oil filter.

the h brace doesn't fit my car at all. Megan racing has an installed pic on their website but you cannot find directions anywhere. I doubt they exist at all. Anyways if you have a turbo the brace will not clear. My 3" down pipe gets in the way. The brace looks like a nice bling piece and may offer some support but thats doubtful....Oh yah by the way since my red H brace didn't fit i actually have one for sale...PM me if you want it. Its not scratched or dented in anyway...

Red Megan H brace FS...Pm me

Exactly what he said. I used to have one, but doesnt clear my 3inch exhaust that I now have. Not trying to steal your thread, but does anyone know of a front lower tie bar that clears bigger exhaust?

That "brace" could turn a minor front-end collision into a major one.

Yeah, I'm a safety ****.
