well here's my story...i have a 91 si hb and the problem i'm having is that i have to hold the ignition switch in the start (or III) to keep it running,if i let i got back to acc ( II) it will die...also in acc i'm not getting any dash lights or the clock to go on till i start it up... i cheked th fuses and everything it's fine ...could it be a relay or the switch???

 

Same thing happened to me just a couple weeks ago. Ignition switch, I'd put my life on it!!

Junkyards kept wanting to sell me the whole lock/tumbler assembly with it, but you only need the switch

For sure, 100% electrical portion of the ignition switch.
