help: spoon mirrors on CRX
Hmm yeah i wanna know too. To add tho, does anyone make spoon style mirrors for EF's? Well if not then which car would be easier to "retrofit"...EG? DA? EK?
there are spoon style mirrors for EF's autosonic lists them, only for hatchback though:

at the bottom.
could email or call Ming and see why they dont fit the CRX and if they could be made to fit.
post up here with info!

the mirrors for the hatch will work on a crx..you just need to drill an extra hole or you just eliminate one of the bolts or something(sorry about my vagueness..it's self explanatory once you get the mirror and see which part is different)

they look damn good on his. little paint, youd be right as rain.
--------------------------
in this thread they mention 94-97 accord mirrors being a decent fit:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=163002
and in this one they seem to list a bunch of options, all will cost you money, which it seems you dont want to spend...

Those visions look 2901830174 times better, the spoon's look really awkward. I'm pretty sure there is a write-up on using ef mirrors on a rex somewhere on H-T, if not check the internet, I know I've seen one.
buy ones for a civic hatch 88-91 they work fine i have a set on my rex, you just have to elongate the holes in the car where the screws hold the mirror on, takes five minutes with a file on each side, buy the more expensive tyc ones on ebay they come with new gaskets and the original screws work with it
The mirrors will be going on my new crx project
As im in the UK we can get JDM cars no problem so I'm building up a EF6 1.5 duel carb crx with a sleeved b16 turbo swap & a bunch of nice bits
I hope to get the mirrors copied but i thought a place over in the US sold them already?
JDM.com or sumthing?

The Spoon replica mirrors for the CRXs will be available next month. Not the crappy TYC kind that have that extra piece that makes the mirror housing stick out further, but exactly like the Vision mirrors on the yellow CRX up above (mirror housing flat on the base plate).

The car came to me with that bumper
Theres a guy over in the UK doing siR style Mugen kits so my JDM EF6 (siR shape front) will have one of those kits

This is modifying the 88-89 Mugen bumper (or WW RS bumper) to fit the EF8 SiR front end.

Not too hard, but not too easy. This was a one-off mod we did years ago.
