High compression tuning?

Default High compression tuning?

I have a some what built gsr motor with 13.0 cpmression and I was wanting to know where I should put my fuel pressure. My fuel pressure is at stock 38 psi and I was wanting to know where I should turn it up to, if I do mess with the fuel then where do I put my ignition timing from its stock 16 degrees??? My mods are below for help

GSR motor
bored 20 over
CTR bottom end internals
stock head exccept its port and polished and shave a bit
3 angled valves
skunk2 intake manifold
cold air intake
4-1 header
2.5" exaust straight through header back
hondata gasket
fuel pressure regulator
skunk2 chip
lsd y1 tranny
4 puck clutch
msd blaster coil
zex plugs
9mm wires

To many variable to say. Octane rather than fuel pressure should be your biggerst concern.
