Hello. I changed the battery on my 00 accord. I thought i remembered the code by memory and after various attempts it locked up. I found my code, i had written it down. But now it wont let me enter the code. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks

 

unplug ur battery again for about a min and plug back in

 

i dont think you can do it that way....

you have to wait a certain amount of time before it clears. like an hour or 3 hours or somethting like that.

my sister did it once. i thought i could just unplug it and do it again but it doesnt work that way. it gives you 3 tries. i just put her key on the on position and left it like that in the driveway for a couple hours with the radio on

it says in the manual how long you have to wait

 

just dc the battery for 1-2minutes and plug it back it and try the code again
