yo I've been having a problem with my radio lately. i was driving and my radio just turned it self off.most of the time it comes back on and is just a pain but as i said before it just decided to turn off. i have a Sony explode head unit and Boston acoustic in the front speakers and clarions in the back i listen to rock so i don't have some bangin system. i happens when the lights are on and off so the head lights aren't pulling the power from the radio, i did use the harness things from circuit city bc im to lazy to cut the existing one and splice the Sony wires in there. im thinking its in one of those if this happened to anyone or what ever and could help me out

 

maybe the unit itself its bad.

Could be a bad ground somewhere

 

When you connected the sony wires to the circuit city honda harness did you solder them or use butt connectors? Or maybe the good ole' fashion twist and electrical tape? If you used anything other than solder I venture a guess something came loose.
