Alright I tried swapping a Pg7 into my 91crx Si today. When i went to start it sounded like something sparked. I couldnt see it because i was in the car. I reset the car by pulling the ground off the battery and then put back the pm6 ecu. The car still wont start. I have checked the fuse for the ecu and its fine. The ecu doesnt even flash me any codes or anything. Please help. I need this car for tonight.

 

Alright when I go to start the car it sounds like a little electrical machine gun. Very fast ticks. Help
