Default do i P&P the head......

the head is currently off the block right now and i'm debating if i should get the head polished up. i'm thinking of maybe getting the intake side ported, just a little bit, nothing major, the exhaust side polished, the combustion chambers polished, along with some sort of valve job, nothing major on the valve job either. maybe just a 3 angle valve job at most.

the set up will be:

JDM GSR motor with usdm B16 pistons (should get around the 11.4:1 range)
JDM GSR head with a CTR intake cam and jdm gsr exhaust cam (what i have for now)
jdm 4-1 header with a 2.5" collector
skunk2 intake manifold
cai
kenji chipped p28
2.5" exhaust piping
apexi muffler

for what all is going to be on the motor, i don't think i need to go to the extreme on the head work, but i'm thinking that getting the head all polished up won't hurt any.

your thoughts...........

Of course. If it's already off then why not do it?
U can have as much work as u want done, but if ur head cant flow enough to suppport it then ur other work was a waste.
