Default need help intalling new window / motor

the passenger side window of my car was broken and at the same time, my motor got damaged somehow. so i found a guy in the classifieds forum that gave me an entire door with working motor, but im having problems trying to get the motor off...

does anyone have any advice to replace the motor and window for my car? how do i get the motor and window out of the door he gave me? how do i transfer it over? is this something i can do on my own never having done this before? all feedback is appreciated....

It's a P.I.T.A. removing these things. I replaced both in my old 98 Teg. This isn't going to be detailed, but it should give you and idea.

You have to remove the door panel obviously. After doing that, there are 2 bolts that hold the window on the motor. With the window partially down, you have to remove those and take the window out. Then, there are 4 or 5 more bolt that hold the motor assembly to the door. Those must come out. All wiring harnesses need disconnected, then you fight with the motor until it comes out of the door. Install is the reverse.
