Default Looking for air compressor tool

that will fill the cylinders in order to change valve springs without removing the head. I did several searches with no success. I'm not fond of the idea of using a rope to keep the vavles from dropping into the cylinders. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Search Google for "air hold fitting set" or "air hold fittings".

Pressurize the cyl via a compression tester, keep the compressor ON so the air does not leak and drop a valve.

they sell them at autozone/kragen/advance/pep boys, like $6. Just look in the tool section, you'll see it.
