please help anybody who uses toda spec C's

Agreed! Headflow, compression, what kind of header or intake manifold all play a role in dialing in cams, what makes power for someone might not make power for you.

that means that either 1) you have a thicker headgasket or way extra deckheight and head deck that the typical b-series engine (not likely) or 2) your distributor was really advanced and retarding your ign helped ...
I never saw good gains from retarding both cams on any of the Toda A/B/C/D/Killer lines.
If stock motor then try advancing the intake about +2 and leave the exh cam at 0 ... if too much overlap then advance the exh some.
