Default Code Reading (OBD II) Question

Excuse my noob question as I am new to this forum and the Accord family. I am trying to use an OBD II Scanner to read the codes on a 1997 Accord LX. And for some reason, I cannot find the "hookup". I have searched drivers & passenger side footwells. Where is it located on this particular vehicle?

And to clear the codes, well your scanner should have that capability. Look at the scanner's manual
