Default Tbone's 255 Whp NA 2.0 RLZ cyl head Modified street car

Heres a link to the old post, I started a new one as the old one was getting to long and the mods dont like that.
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1139085
A quick recap..
My cyl head needed repair after bending some valves while doing cam testing.
Head was originally a DPR stage 6 head that was reworked and modified by Racingflow after me bending valves after Dpr had oringinally done the work.

This was a 100% completey ported head that had made 247 at one point in time in its running on my car..
I sent the head to Brad at RLZ engineering for repair and he told me that he felt that he could modfy the alreay ported head to pick up mopre power and thats how this whole thing started..
My last dyno pulls made on a dynojet refleted the wear and tear on the motor as it has over 10,000 miles on it and over 300 dyno pulls and my power had dropped to 236.9 whpand 155 tq.

Heres the current setup as dynoed..

85 mm bore Dart block
stock gsr 87.2m stroke
endyn oil pump
12.5 cr.. All my previous dynos were at 13.5 so that makes these gains all the moe impressive
RLZ modified ITR cyl head with 1mm oversize Ferrea intake valves and stock size exhaust valves
Jenvey 48mm ITB's with 580 cc injectors
Hondata s200
Smsp header with 2 3/4 exhaust stepped up to 3 inch from the cat back
Distributor King dist with msd 6al ignition, blaster ss coil and stock plug wires .
105 oct unleaded pump gas..

This is an overlay from my last runs made on a dynojet to my high run made this week after the cyl head modifcation.

I'll add more as I think of it..
If you reference my old post you will see the cyl head flow gains overlayed with the head as Rlz received it.. My power gains almost mirror the graph from the flow gains.

My 2nd pull was like 242 right off the bat.. We were all very happy when we saw that as it was pretty much my high before.

Where did the loss compresion come from? Did you had chamber work done or did you change the H.G. thickness considerably?

I don't remember anything said about a different piston being used that is why I ask?

Had no chocice ... the chamber work to fit the 1mm over valves required extensive work.

This is proof of that for sure.

I'm running Hondata.. I dont have acess to Neptune unless I drive 3+hrs to Jeff Evans.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by 92TypeR &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Very impressive

I'm running the Buddyclub stage 4's.. Jeff evans still has my pro-1's at his place.
I have the buddy 5's but there too big for my motor, we can only go +2 intake 0 exhaust on the gear before we have valve to valve issues.. The buddy 4's can be run at +4intake and -4 exhaust before I have any issues at all.
Cam gear setting were at +4 -1 for final on the buddy 4's

We havent changed anything except the headwork and I changed my rod bearings.
Same head gasket thickness and everything.
