I did a search and it appears that the problem is the VSS aka speed sensor. Where exactly is the connector I need to check? If it is the VSS is it a simple matter of getting the correct connector? Is there anything else I can check that may have caused this issue?

Pull tranny came from a dismantler who stated it as coming from a 1996 Accord. BTW car runs great now...I just don't know at what speed

 

vss plugs in on the back of the tranny towards the firewall.

 

Exactly the problem...it was not hooked up. You Da' Man!!!!!
