Keep in mind, due to the diffrent setups such as manifolds some modifications may be needed for fitment such as modification of end lengths of lower intercooler pipes. Im not here to tell you its gonna fit 100% im honest and will admit it may need to be slightly modified. However, i've sold many kits and have good reviews and happy customers with my FMIC piping kit. The kit is also made to be adjustable to help with this issue.

DOWNPIPES !!!

all prices listed for downpipes are made in mild/ aluminized steel tig welded and fits your setup. LIsted are available for B series motors only. D series will need to send manifolds in plus 15$ return shipping+ insurance and a downpipe will be made accordingly within 2 weeks turn around time. keep in mind downpipes are available for 4 and 5 bolt configurations with compressor on either driver or passanger side.


also note- 4 bolt turbine housings have a diffrent placement than 5 bolt turbine housings . Hence, this is why people who put 4 bolt turbos on traditionally 5 bolt manifolds ( revhard, blox, inlinepro, etcc) have found they did some pretty CRAZY ( think, verge of putting a hole in the block) grinding or it simply did not fit in AC traditional configuration. You can only use these turbos with the compressor ( intake side) on the drivers side and route it in an NON-AC fashion. As a result, in doing so this particular mounting style requires the use of a half core honda civic radiator due to placement and angle. something to think about. I tell you this now so i dont have to tell you later.

For the EF guys- if you want a larger downpipe i recommend getting the crossmember from passwordjdm.com or order a 2.5 flared to 3" downpipe that way it will still clear the crossmember and you will get the biggest downpipe that comfortably fits in your vehicle. The downpipe will be flared under the oil pan after the crossmember.

the wlds look decent. coloration is good. they're not burning through like crazy WG port needs to be opened up some. their flanges are pretty high quality unlike the old stuff. looks to be stainless flanges. CNC cut. and machined off. WG and turbo flanges are welded inside and out. flange edges are polished. manifolds p polished. collector is stamped.

 

quick review. one guys wastegate weld broke in 3 days.

it wasnt braced....ahhhh

 

how much does it weigh?

 

i'd say about 10 lbs . prob gonna add a good amount of bracing to it.

with stainless plates.

 

mine broke in 3 days. it DEF needs bracing on the wastegate tube. or just run a better weld over it like we did and it held fine after that. the whole tube fell off after it cracked and we pushed on it. welded it at the track and popped off a 12.3 on a stock ls on 10psi. the manifold flows very well and didnt creep at all like the old style. if u wanna brace it or run your own weld over it, thats the only problem i encountered.

 

yeah this manifold will be fully braced with stainless straps . which will be better cuz itll expand at the same rate. n last longer.
