My tranny still shift like new and I have 151k. From what I know Integra's auto tranny is built to shift hard and fast, reducing overlap to reduce wear and higher performance, thus it jerk a bit when shift.
If you change your ATF every 30k it should last pretty long, and there shouldn't be a problem. Like others said, how do you drive it?

do you have lots of city traffic? Ever changed your tranny fluid? 88k for auto is reasonable if you don't change fluid, make sure you are using Honda ATF because the friction is different than normal Dexron II, and you probably already aware that heat kills tranny.
What kind of color is in your fluid? Pink and light red is ok, dark red and black means you're overdue on ATF change. Driving hill once a week is not going to be too bad for the tranny.
