How much do these things weigh? I don't have a scale at home.
spare tire
trunk liner things
jack
I took that stuff out just for the hell of it. When I was looking at the car the front seemed to have lowered a little bit and the rear seemed to have raised. When I drove it I felt like me and the car were leaning forward especially when braking.
Just wondering how much they weigh. Thanks in advance guys.

It wasn't by a lot. It just seemed to be different. But when I was braking it really felt like I was leaning forward. I don't know, it might just be some "placebo" effect or something. Hahaha.
Would taking that stuff out affect weight distribution in a bad way?
How about if I take out the rear seats?

It's only 40lbs we're talking about.
Would your car change its height with groceries in the trunk? Or with a person in the back? Would it brake any differently?
Well, at least you didn't say, that now it pulls harder

please, go fill up your gas tank, brake real hard.. and then drain it.. brake real hard again.. feel a difference?.. there is a good 50 lbs added when your tank is full verse empty.. if you want a light car get a CRX, or hatch, dont ruin a prelude..

Well in my Mom's car, we had it filled with groceries and me and my brother in the back seat and the muffler scraped the ground when we went up the driveway.

I'm not ruining it. I'm putting it back later. I was just cleaning it and when i finished I just decided to take it for a ride.

Then your Mom should cut on groceries and have you both signed up for a heavy-duty diet program.
Oh, and fix that muffler, it shouldn't be hanging that low on a minivan.
