oil in coolent

Default oil in coolent

my friend has a 98 4 door with a d16y7 and a jackson supercharger, he had me look at it last night because it started smoking really bad and #1 cylinder was missing. its getting spark but it has no compression and theres oil in his coolent.. what all would do this? blown head gasket, cracked head?
