just wondering what people have used and what has worked i have tried looking for a head setup but cant reall find anything for the f23a1 motor so if anyone knows it would be great help bcuz im not that great for searching on the internet always busy at work so it would greatly appreciated if someone can point me in the right direction.

I have a PnP head, Intake mani, and bored TB I"ll be swapping on this summer. New cam and cam gear as well. As for valvetrain parts for the F23, check out jgenginedynamics.com, they have valves/springs/retainers and can grind you a cam as well but they require a core charge for the cam and head work. FMAX and DRAG are the only two turbo kits that I know of for the F23. There's a guy on Honduh.com selling his turbo kit for $2200, pkspx is his name on there. I've met him so I know he's ok.
