96 and up OEM Civic Hatchback rear bumper with CTR lip

The color of the bumper is stock silver and the CTR rear lip is black, which matches the stock black side skirts and moldings. Please make me a reasonable offer. Thanks

How does the rear lip mount to the bumper??

I know most replicas only screw in on the sides, an use Double Sided tape on the backside of the bumper...
