What offset dragwheels for EG Civic with 28" tires

What offset dragwheels for EG Civic with 28" tires
Hi
Car is EG Civic hatch (92-95) It has a stock suspension and one piece front end. So I have no idea what offset should be 15" wheels that they go pass the upper controlarm. If anyone of you drive Hotrod class with EG ,15" wheels and 28" tires pleas tell me what offset did you use.
What wheels do you guys use. Maybe can you give me some product number.
