somewhat of a newb question but i was wondering wut type of oil filter to use on my b20 vtec motor (b20 block b16a2 head) i tried to get a crv oil filter thinking thats what my block came out of, but it was way too big, the oil filter that came out of my car was written in japenese (a shop put my motor together). Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

 

is your oil filte that came with the motor green?
you can use any honda oil filter gsr ls civic ect..........

 

the oil filter that came with the car is blue and has japenese writting all over it, so your saying i can use a gsr oil filter ?

 

you can use an RSX oil filter or any B-series....B18 or B16 or b20

 

S2000 filters are better.

You could try and get a HAMP oil filter. Not to jump on the JDM bandwagon or anything, but I've heard they boost oil pressure 5 psi(courtesy of the little red box that could)
