Default 98-01 Front bumper off ebay?

Is that bumper complete? I always thought that the ITR Lip was the bottom half of the bumper like the 94-97 had that bottom half detachable.

If i get this, How does the ITR lip go onto it?

Just confused, can someone help me?

The bumper by itself looks be complete. The ITR lip is a seperate piece that attaches at the bottom of the bumper, and attaches with I think 12 or more bolts at the bottom, and 2 screws near the wheel well are.

Does the lip go over the bumper bottom thats already on it?

OR

Does that piece come off... I was looking at a newer teg the other day and it looks like the bottom is made with the bumper.

it goes over the bottom of the bumper. nothing comes off.
and if you get an aftermarket copy of the type R lip, you wont have all those extra places for bolts. we call that "honda overengineering."

i checked around nad this guy sells the BDW brand that is really good and fits properly.
get the primed ones. its really worth the extra 10 bucks to have one ready to paint.

That is not an oem bumper correct?? The pic is kind of blurry..but oem front bumpers have the word "integra" embossed into them in the right middle part of the bumper

What about the sides and the rear valences.

These are hard to find...

Has anyone here used the fiberglass sides and rear valences? They are much cheaper.

Back in the day, I had a body kit on my 5th gen prelude... I never once had a problem with the sides or the rear in fiberglass, Simply because those areas arnt where the car rides low coming out of a Driveway i/e (mcdonalds)

I was wondering if anyones tried the fitment of the fiberglass sides and Rear.

As long as i have a plastic/urethane front lip ill know i wont **** up the sides or rear in glass because of my past experience with fiberglass ****. It was always the front.

ALSO, Must a 98 Rear bumper be used to Put the valences on? I dont like that center cutout that the 98s have. But if it must be, Ill get them,

Anything non-OEM will always be second best in fitiment. From the top of my head, if I remember corectly, the word HONDA is stamped on the inside of my bumper (non painted area). Oh and your also going to need the 2 corner lens holder plates/part. These 2 peices mount inside the bumper and holds the corner lights in place (not shown in the diagram above).

And 2 brackets & rubber linings that clip the bumper onto the fenders, make sure it comes with those too (#16 & 8). If not you can always get them @ http://www.acuraoemparts.com
