ok so the topic title is a bit retared, but i wanted to sum it up.

i drive a 99 hatch with Tanabe Sustec Pro SS coilovers w/ the following suspension mods.

CTR 5 Lug Conversion
Tanabe Sustec Pro S-S Coilovers w/ Pillow Ball
Skunk2 Front Camber Kit
Ingall's Rear Camber Kit
Skunk2 Front & Rear Strut Bars
Skunk2 Rear Tie Bar
Megan Racing Rear LCA's
00 Civic Si Front Fork, LCA, & Sway Bar (26MM)
Energy Suspension Bushings (Chassis & Shifter) not completely installed

i want to get rid of the S2 rear tie and put in the comptech rear tie/sway combo, or one like it. but i'm not sure what spring rates came w/ the sustec pro ss's. i guess my question is; what spring rate should i get to take some stress off of the rear subframe once the rear tie/sway is installed? what brand will fit my shocks? any links to sellers?

any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

EDIT: the coils came with their PRO210 springs... and were meant for a 96-00 civic.

your best bet is to ask Tanabe themselves for the spring rates, http://www.tanabe-usa.com, I don't get quite what you're asking, taking stress off the rear subframe?
