84.5MM LS Block For Sale. So. CA.
All the machine work was done my AC Automotive Machines. They do most of the local work here. They are a good shop. Mostly Honda stuff (that is what runs around here) but some V8's too. Head machinist used to work for RS Motorworks then opened his shop with his brother.

I went out to my garage and examined that for you. I was sure of this but wanted to double check before I sell anything. I measured it and re-examined the block. The sleeves are not offset. They are dead on. However in the photo it appears to be offset because of that corner ... it is the cut of the sleeve.

hey they are nice sleeves. hum well im not an expert. trying doing a little research but i think that 84mm would be too small. the bore is 84.5mm and motors a pretty precise machines but .5mm is a small difference. hey wait ... i think 84mm would work but please research it first. thanks.

Soy bean,
Ok you are right. After doing research you are right but I was wrong on two points. The first being your point and the second being the material of the block. I called the machinist. I thought it was alumminum - it's not. I tested it by putting a magnet to the block. It stuck to the sleeves. It is a an iron sleeve.
Good **** learn stuff each day.
