Default 15's or 16's ?

Ive been thinking about buying wheels 4 my 91 hb.for a while now, Im tired of my 13" steelies . I live on a ruf road that has several pot holes. so i decided to do a little research and discovered that motegi wheels are very sturdy and strong and plus i've always liked the look of the mr7's. Im not going for performance so weight doesnt matter Im just shooting 4 the looks, I find that 16's look the best on this model of civic but do u think they can handle the ruf roads? or shuld i just go with 15's and play it safe?

opinions would be very much appreciated
thanks

i'd say 15's, my teg came with 14" steelies and I rock 16" np...so 13's up to 15's should look nice!
