pic request of the "T" used in power steering removal
I have my PS removed, but dont have it done the "right" way. I checked the long post from Dropspeed awhile ago, but that pic is no longer working.
also, my PS rack has been left wide open for the past 1.5yrs ( I didnt remove it and didnt know the proper way to fix it at the time), so its really dirty and no doubt bone dry and very very hard to turn the wheel. any suggestions on how to clean it out? or you think itll be ok if I just fill it and do the correct method of closing the system.

Here's a pic of how I have it on my car : http://www.we-todd-did-racing....D.jpg
The vent hose goes to a Tilton remote mastercylinder reservoir mounted on the the front of the left engine mount.
I would at least try to flush the PS rack a few times before filling it up just to the bottom of the remote reservoir to try and clean out the rack. To flush it just fill up the rack and turn the steering wheel rapidly from stop to stop, and repeat until satisfied.(easier to do if the front end is up on jackstands)

Pondus is just a baller using those kinda fittings
If you wanna cheap out a bit, it's also perfectly fine to use the looped hose found on Integras with PS cooler....
Just go to Acura hunting for that part....
