Weird leak

Hey guys, My Rad is leaking. Its leaking out of that little nipple by the Drain plug on the bottom, what do I do to stop it????

in that first pic, You see those small "nipples" twards the ends? Theres those but on the bottom, and there leaking.

if u go to auto zone there is something u put in ur radiator looks like cemement
but i dont remember the name of it
