im currently building my B16 for my ek and im makin it obd2 cuz i have a jdm obd2 b16 ecu (not the si, this one is 96-98). im not too familair w/ ecu's, so would it be bad to run a stock ecu on a worked motor? i was readin about hondata, but i was alittle confused on how it works. i dont know that much about ecu's so i just need to know what i should to do it. here's what im puttin in:
B16 block
CTR pistons
balanced crank
CTR cams
Skunk2 cam gears
ITR intake valves/springs
mild p/p
skunk2 manifold
68mm TB
GSR head
AEM fuel pressure regulator

 

for that build i would highly advise tuning use uberdata if money is an issue but protect your investment and tune it there is also more power to be made by tuning
