USDM vs JDM h22 Intake Mani?

I found a cheap used intake manifold (with EGR valves), from a h22a.

Now my question is, would this help with power/performance at all if I put this on my h22a4?

Gains will be minimal if any, unless you are talking about the Euro R IM, but you did say JDM.
