Default weeee omg SO MISERABLE! smog is SUX

well i knew my smog is coming any soon so i took my car and go with PRE-TEST

Purposely i pre-smog my car with the follow mods to know where i stand at smog: (swap b18c1 into my 95coupe civic)
GSR 96 without EGR evap purge solenoid and canister
Magno flow cat w/2.5 downpipe w/greddy muffler
knock off type-r header
blox im
aem cold intake
vafc2 tuned

they smogged my car based on 1.8L regardless if it's a gsr or type R or ls, rs, gs i think

15mph: FAILED for overall at 15mph at 1929rpm
CO2 %: PASSED
max = .48
ave = .06
measured = .26
HC: failed miserably
max = 83
ave = 21
measured = 208 (major unburned fuel)
NO: failed sux ***
max = 688
ave = 150
measured = 1529

25mph: over all result failed at 25mph at 2262rpm
CO2%: pass with np
max = .45
ave = .05
measured = .00
HC: failed
max = 48
ave = 13
measured = 72
NO: failed
max = 703
ave = 136
measured = 842

im thinking of getting everything back on including my stock civic exhaust ssytem, gsr header, gsr intake maniofld, and stock intake system,

lean out my fuel curve from -5 to -10
mix 3/4 of 89 and 1/4 91 into my tank.
advanced the timing
new spark plugs

please, if you have nothing to say then dont say and live in peace
any help will be appreciates

correctly to typo errors: CO not CO2%

15mph
CO2% measured at 14.55%
O2% measured at .48%

25mph
CO2% measured at 14.80
02% measured at .12%

result does't say failed or passed for measuring CO2 and O2

wat ecu are u running. i was running my chipped p28 and got those same numbers. then i switched to a 94 ecu and passed. i also had the same cat as you. make sure to change ur oil, spark plugs and wires, cap and rotor might help also.
and also clean your o2 sensor with brake cleaner.

yup going to get new spark installed one day for OFFICIAL SMOG, and reinstalling all stock parts, but i scored NOx so high in 15mph range and i do have doubt about failing NOx again

hehe yup pm'ed you, im running P72 ecu (not sure if it's chipped or not, but i think it's not chipped), wires are NGK about 5months old, cap and rotor are unknown

as far as i know there are lots of people get offended with the technique of using brake cleaner to clean O2 sensor, eventhough brake clean are liquid vaporized stuff but it did cause O2 malfunction to some people and threw CEL's

should i do it anyway? brake clean it?

i did it to my o2 sensor and it worked fine. it's up to u to decide if u should do it or not based on what you've read.

as for ur ecu, i was almost certain u weren't using a p72. but now i dont know why ur getting such high numbers. yeah i'd say either clean ur o2 or get a completely new one, and maybe change ur cat cuz i heard that magnaflow cats die in about a year.
