well. take a 90-91 civic front si lip to the back bumper chop chop melt/smooth cuts/edges a bit and bolt bolt and there is your jdm style rear lip. 
but yeah i bet it would be cool to get a nice bolt on jdm rear lip without having to customize a front lip.
