i have a 91 integra stock injectors if install a 255 walbro fuel pump would i be running rich? or would i be cool?

You would run a little richer. If you really want to run one, you should also run an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and install a fuel pressure gauge so you can adjust it back to stock specs.
