I just put new tyres (215/40/R17) on and even though my car is not lowered my tyres seem to be hitting the fender when I hit bumps or turn sharply.

I think my suspension is too soft, so to firm up my ride a bit, on a budget, what can i do? thanks any help is much appreciated

 

offset of rims was off or those tires are just too wide.

 

get 16's or get flared fenders! ...-Roger

 

roll your fenders with a fender roller and a heat gun if you have access. if not use a bat but i seriously recommend a heatgun.
