Hello,
i was reading the post about the F22B2 Block + H22a1 Head and I was wondering if the H22 head would bolt upto my F22B1 block with a lil modification. The F22B1 and F22B2 blocks are basically the same, right? Do you think it would be worth spending the extra money to do it? Also, does anyone know what kind of specs the people are running that have done this?

There is a shop were i live that has tried it before and there were too many problems with timing. A waste of money.

 

we never got far enough to know about timing problems... haha, it was a lot of money and time down the drain though.

 

there is a guy on HT that completed the set-up. got it running and everything. swapping in a H22 woulde give u more power then a f22/h22 combo. plus its cheaper too
