Trying to keep up with the Jones' I replaced the AEBS intake manifold and RPM 70mm throttle body with some Jenvey ITB's (48mm at the plate). Excuse the mess, some cleanup needs to be done under the hood still

Shawn Church tuned the car with the AEBS Im and with the ITB's. Here are the graphs. First up are the torque graphs; the one with the big hump at 5,200 is the intake manifold (magic intake resonance).

ITB's torque:

HP graphs-intake manifold first:

ITB HP:

Motor running stock ITR crank and IB Wiseco 11:1 pistons. Stock ITR head with Portflow valve springs and retainers. Toda 'C' cams. Hytech header.
I leave you to draw your own conclusions...

OP, it's a Dynapack plot, they ALL look fux0red due to the scaling
Nice looking plot
So how does it run on the street?

looks good, looks like the tune with the manifold was done very well
i bet you could pick up quite a bit with a little headwork

VTEC is at 6720, the dip is more a function of the intake resonance peak/valley. The torque curve looks funky because of the scaling. On a DynoJet graph the torque curve looks a lot less spikey.

No vids. It's a 1.8. I have ITG filters that I need to put on soon. I paid $1700 used; then I had to buy Bosch style injectors, a universal fuel pressure regulator, and some steel braided fuel lines and fittings. Not to mention the cost of tuning. I am going to be eating a lot of Hamburger Helper and Spam now

Hondata
Hondata
so hondata can tune itb's pretty well it seems like. i remember before people saying it can't cause it needs to use the tps sensor or something like that instead of a map to adjust the map.

Like **** when I first installed them. After much street tuning and very fine adjustments to various parts of the maps, runs like stock, just faster.
