ask in the all motor forum and you will see why 250 is really hard to do

actually im doing a gsr motor myself right now. cept mine is in a crx. 250 at the CRANK can be managed but 250 whp is another story and some WORK! put it this way,

modded intake box w/k&n drop in filter
Jun racing ecu chip(p72)
ctr intake cam
itr exhaust cam
Itr 4-1 header
2 1/2 piping catback with magnaflow muffler(sleeper style)
skunk 2 intake manifold

that will get me to about 185-200whp depending on if i get high ratings on some parts or low (in hp)..i also have an exedy flywheel 9.5lb. but see u dont see a hp gain from a flywheel. its just less rotating mass so it will fell like u have 15more hp at the wheels but on a dyno it wont show it. so figure i hit 200whp, thats around 235 crank hp. now if u got port and polish, higher lift cam(with dual valve springs), ctr pistons. u'll be alot closer. believe it or not but a nice set of cams with a good port and polish on a b series will get u prolly 30hp to the wheels but its not gonna be cheap..p&p=cams=valvetrain ur looking at $2k alone. then all the above parts, port match the IM manifold and throttle body im sure u can get close to 250whp. its gonna take some bucks tho!
