i am about to buy a clutch kit right now. but i need to know which one to get..
my car is n/a basically stock and at the most it will have cams.

should i get regular racing plate that look like stock plate.
or.
3 puk plate?

 

 

Im assuming you are talking about the disk and not the pressure plate. no reason to get a crazy disk like that for a stock or mostly stock R. the full disk will be much more streetable and engage smoother. I would actually just recommend a stock clutch, unless those you posted are cheaper.

 

Why don't you just get a stock clutch?

i wanted to try new clutch with lighter flywheel combo.
just wanted to try something different.

Definitely stick with an organic full-face clutch for your mods.

I would rate my AP Racing Formula clutch over the Toda hands down. You can get just the clutch disk for prolly around $300 and use it with the stock ITR PP.

remember, it includes the $400 dollar flywheel.

Is reasonable for both price and performance IMHO.
If your a good shopper then you might find lower prices.

 

Don't bother with a 3 or 6 puck. WAY too aggressive for street use. I'd check the sponser section. Seen some pretty killer deals in there.
