is there any diffrence between a 95 and a 96 water pump?

 

no difference only difference is in the vtec vs the ls
more teeth on the vtec....

 

yeah, and don't trust the damn pep boys guys with your car! I went to buy a water pump from them for my gsr and I freaking got an ls water pump! I found out when I compared my old water pump with the new one and noticed the number of teeth were different. Lucky I didn't put it on, otherwise I'd be in deep trouble. Damn pep boys and their carelessness!

 

why i asked cause my water pump is goin bad so today i called up autozone and my local acura dealership and tryed to order 1 but they both said their both different part numbers. So why is that?

 

I would assume that they were being stupid and not keeping the type of integra you have consistent in their searches. Or maybe they were looking up different brand water pumps.
