Default what do I need for S to VTEC conversion??? please help

<topic> Please help.... I need some real info from people that would know, not from people who think they know like all the other replies I've gotten on another board. I hope my H-T friends will be helpful. Thanks guys.

man don't do that save the money for an h22a. It's too much work and it's not very reliable to do.

Okay, well from these responses it sounds like not too many people know what I am trying to do. I'm not trying to convert a F22 into a VTEC capable engine.... I'm looking to toss away the F22 completely and install a H22 (preferably pre '97, but am willing to mess with OBDII -> OBDI conversion) in its place. So, now that things are cleared up... what exactly do I need and what can I continue using? Sorry for the confusion.
