is it possible to have too much fuel pressure and if so how can i reduce it other than an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.......
i have an 89 civic dx tbi now i know where the fuel pressure regulator is on it but i dont know if i can test it or what?

A gauge could always tell you how much pressure you're getting.

 

yup check it with a gauge. honda sells a fuel pressure gauge and youll need the fitting adaptor that connects the port.
