Default Problems with Axle's

I have a 91 Accord coupe that has 18 inch wheels and tires size 215/35/18 and have lowered it with neuspeed race springs and KYB AGX shocks and struts and a camber kit. I took my car for an oil change and the honda service department said that my axle's needed to be replaced(both right and left). I just had it done 3000 miles ago and they woud not warrenty them because the vehicle was lowered. They said it puts the drive train at a bad angle which causes them to break. Has anyone else had this problem with lowering a car and breaking axle's????Thanks for you input

I have gone through several axles. I usually go and get them from the local autoparts store. They have a limited lifetime warranty. From what I am told they will pretty much replace them no matter what as long as you have your reciept. Of course I always loose mine. But I have gone through a few on each side.
