Default help with b16 into 1990 integra

I'm currently in the process of dropping the b16 in but i am having problems connecting the rear motor mount. When I got the engine it came with the two side mounts and the front one already attached. But the rear mounting bracket didn't come with the engine. Is the B16 bracket the same size as the one off my b18? If so any suggestions on fitting this engine down would be much appreciated. If they are different lengths, where would I be able to find one the proper length?

Assuming your b16a came out of a DA6 integra, then yes the bracket should be the same as the one of your b18a. The worst case, is just use the rear mount and bracket off of the b18a.

I ended up having to alter mounts to fit the b16 into my DA. Same as you, I didn't have the rear bracket and couldn't get one so I just used some flat steel plates, made them to fit and bolted them to the mount.

Good luck with the project

itll fit its just a pain in the ***.... i cant even begin to explain how to get it on.

i think what i did was bolt all the mounts down except that one and the tranny mount
then undo the driver side mount and then pull the motor up and wiggle and jiggle the motor back and forth until it slid in...

eh thats a shitty right up but thats what i had to do.... i guess lol

id suggest putting the torque mount inserts in the stock mounts when your doing the swap, itll save ya time later
