What offset drag wheels for EG with 28" tires

What offset drag wheels for EG with 28" tires
Car is EG Civic hatch (92-95) It has a stock shock mounts and one piece front end. So I have no idea what offset should be 15" wheels that the springs wouldn't cut the tire. If anyone of you drive Hotrod class with EG ,15" wheels and 28" tires pleas tell me what offset did you use.
