I would change the gasket with an OEM, and every should be straight forward.

I believe the pan actually comes with an OEM gasket, and it is based on the OEM pan ( just some baffles installed) so don't see a problem with regards to fitment.

Since the topic of the baffled oil pan like mugen, spoon, etc. Does it really help? Is it worth the dollar investment?

For road race/HPDE cars yes it helps, cheap insurance against oil starvation.

Ichishima (Spoon Sports) is noted for frequently telling people that they're just wasting their time and money on unnecessary parts and modifications.

Notably, howvever, he has always recommended a baffled oil pan as one of the modifications to a DC2 ITR that he would personally make before heading to the track.

Guess I will need to add this to the parts list, just for security reasons as mentioned.

The list never stops growing.

I'm sure it isn't the most expensive part on the list.

Chad's selling one: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1293872

Yeah its not, so purchasing the more expensive items first and working my way down the price list.
